ADMISSION PROCEDURE
A child is admitted to the Pre-school level on the basis of norms laid down by Directorate of Education.. Admissions to classes I to   IX and XI are made on the basis of written tests and interviews. The school considers admission only to the meritorious students in classes X & XII. Certificates of Medical Fitness and Date of Birth of the applicant are essential. 
Payment of school fee should be made on a monthly basis. The schedule for payment is provided in the fee card. 
Fee payment should be made either in cash or by a Bank Draft. Payment by cheque will not be accepted.

WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE
One month's notice or payment of one month’s fee in lieu thereof is necessary in case a parent wants to withdraw his/her ward from the school.
The following categories of pupils may be required to be withdrawn from the school (not necessarily notifying cause to the parents).
Those who fail to show satisfactory progress and are unwilling or unable to profit from the educational programme of the school.
Those whose fee is in arrears for more than two consecutive months. 
Those whose behavior in the opinion of the Principal is harmful to the interest of the school.
Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for a long period renders a student liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls. Re-admission may be granted only on payment of a fresh admission fee at the discretion of the Principal.

CHANGE IN ADDRESS
Please intimate the school any change in your address or telephone number for helping us in emergencies, maintaining communication with parents and keeping our records up-to-date.

JUNIOR SCHOOL
Changes to be intimated to the School In-charge and Reception/Transport In- charge.
Senior SchoolChanges to be intimated to the Class Teacher and the Transport In-charge.
